Use the Round Record to Resolve a Dispute

A title, screenshot and time are helpful, but the provider round identifier lets the operator locate one exact result. Learn where the account stores it before a problem occurs.

Open play history from the account

Look under transaction, game or play history rather than browser history. Filter by date and provider when the account offers those controls.

Match the stake and timestamp

Use the balance debit and game title to select the correct entry. Several quick rounds can share the same minute, so do not rely on time alone.

Save the provider reference

Record round ID, session ID, stake, result and status. Mask unrelated account and payment information before sharing a screenshot.

Ask for a settlement trace

When the display and ledger disagree, state the expected and posted amounts and provide the reference through verified support. Avoid opening duplicate tickets for the same round.
